Who we are

This website is run by JUKIE Experiences Ltd, which trades as Procura. We're a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 16203343, with our registered office at 21 Royal Avenue, London, SW3 4QE. We are the controller of the personal data you send us through this site.

What we collect

When you fill in the contact form we collect your name, venue or business name, email address, venue type, town or postcode, and anything else you choose to tell us, such as a phone number, footfall estimate, preferred call time or message.

Why we use it

We use these details to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for one, to arrange a consultation call and site visit. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about hosting a station. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any hosting agreement that follows. If nothing comes of it, we delete them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Use the contact form to make a request. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. It remembers in your browser, for the current visit only, that you've already seen the opening animation. Fonts and some scripts load from Google Fonts, cdnjs and jsDelivr, and those services receive your IP address when your browser requests them.
