Who we are
This website is run by JUKIE Experiences Ltd, which trades as Procura. We're a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 16203343, with our registered office at 21 Royal Avenue, London, SW3 4QE. We are the controller of the personal data you send us through this site.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact form we collect your name, venue or business name, email address, venue type, town or postcode, and anything else you choose to tell us, such as a phone number, footfall estimate, preferred call time or message.
Why we use it
We use these details to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for one, to arrange a consultation call and site visit. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about hosting a station. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
If we get in touch with you first
We may contact owners and managers of venues whose business details are public, or whom we meet in person, to tell them about hosting a station. We keep your name, role, business, contact details and notes of our conversations so that we can follow up, and so that we don't contact you twice. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in telling relevant businesses about our service. When we first get in touch we tell you where we found your details. You can ask us to stop at any time, and we'll make a note so that we don't contact you again.
If you join our waitlist
If we send you a private waitlist link, we collect what you enter on it: your venue or business name, your name, email address and WhatsApp number, the venue's address, type and opening hours, a footfall estimate, how you would like to receive updates, and anything else you choose to add. We use these details to hold your place in the queue for a machine, to send you regular updates by email or WhatsApp about what happens next, how long it should take and what our team is working on, and to arrange your site visit, hosting agreement and installation.
Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a hosting agreement, and our legitimate interest in running our installation queue and keeping waiting venues informed. These updates are about your own place on the list. They aren't marketing, and we don't use your details for unrelated marketing.
Who handles your details
We use ClickUp to manage our venue pipeline, and Netlify to host this website and receive the details you send through it. They handle your details on our behalf. If you ask for updates on WhatsApp, those messages pass through WhatsApp, which is run by Meta. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards they have in place under UK data protection law. We don't sell your details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any hosting agreement that follows. If nothing comes of it, we delete them. We keep waitlist details until your station is installed and for as long as your hosting agreement runs, or until you leave the waitlist, and then delete them unless we need to keep them for legal reasons.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Use the contact form to make a request. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. It remembers in your browser, for the current visit only, that you've already seen the opening animation. Fonts and some scripts load from Google Fonts, cdnjs and jsDelivr, and those services receive your IP address when your browser requests them.
