Hospitality groups
One agreement, every site. Guests get the same thing in each venue, and head office sees the usage in one place.
We start with single venues, but the work gets interesting when a group, a landlord or an operator rolls us out across every site at once. Procura is in London now and opening across the UK.
One agreement, every site. Guests get the same thing in each venue, and head office sees the usage in one place.
An amenity for tenants and visitors that costs the building nothing and needs no works.
Receptions, canteens and shared floors, where people are away from their desk and their charger.
Stations, terminals and interchanges, where a flat phone means a missed ticket. Our waterproof Tower 48 is built for these.
Long days, heavy phone use and no sockets. Stations go in for the run and come out afterwards.
Every station carries a screen and a body panel. Both can be branded, and the screen can be sold.
There is no standard partnership document, because a hotel group, a station operator and a festival want different things from the same hardware. We shape it around three questions.
| You bring | We bring | |
|---|---|---|
| Sites | Venues, estates or events with real footfall | A machine specified for each one |
| Space | Half a square metre and a mains socket per station | Delivery, positioning and install in a morning |
| Running it | Nothing. Your staff are never the support line | Remote monitoring, restocks, repairs and guest support |
| Risk | Nothing | We own the hardware. Theft, damage and liability sit with us |
| Branding | Your colours, logo and screen content | Manufacturing to match, before the unit is built |
| Money | No purchase, lease or invoices | A revenue share on rentals, agreed per site |
Our first UK stations go into London venues, and we are choosing partners who can take us into other cities with us. If you have sites outside London and want them live early, that is worth a conversation now rather than later.
If you would rather run a region yourself, look at franchise and territory partnerships instead.
