When a guest's phone dies in your building, the best anyone can offer is a cable behind the front desk and a socket someone has to sit next to. A bank they can take with them solves the problem without anyone guarding a cable.

Which machine fits a hotel
For the lobby, the Procura Floor 24 is a slim standing kiosk with twenty-four banks under a full-height portrait screen. For the bar or restaurant, the Procura Counter holds twelve banks in a cabinet about the size of a coffee machine.

What it costs you, and how you earn
- It costs £0 to host, for as long as you keep it. No purchase, no lease, no service contract and no invoices.
- You take a share of every rental. The split varies by location, and we agree it with you after a consultation call and a two-week trial.
- The screen is yours. Run your own offers, or sell the space to sponsors and keep that money as well.
- Your branding goes on the machine. Colours and logo are agreed before it is built.
- The lobby screen can carry your own offers, or sponsors and suppliers.
What your team has to do
Nothing. Guests scan the QR code, pay on their phone and take a bank, with no app to download. If anything goes wrong they deal with us, not your team. We monitor the station remotely, restock and repair it, and cover theft, damage and liability, with £5m public and products liability cover on every installation.

Most hotels put a Floor 24 kiosk in the lobby and a Counter unit at the bar or restaurant. We look at the building with you on the site visit and mark the spots.
Does the hotel have to handle guest payments?
No. Guests pay on their own phone, on one secure payment page, and your team is never involved.
What about banks that leave the building?
Their card carries on being billed by the hour, and theft, damage and liability are ours, including banks that leave the building.
